Here is my cartoon on the situation regarding the MOD making fatal cutbacks that end in British soldiers dying. I wanted to have a real comic like feel to the cartoon, (see collage, Quantum of Solace) I also wanted to really push the fact that the US equipment is better than ours. So the overtly ridiculous image of the guy pedaling is how i achieved this.
